Right out of Parsons, designer Alexander Wang, 2008 winner of the coveted CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America/Vogue Fashion Fund Award), was quickly ranked amongst the fashion elite, gaining reputable notice sure to give him longevity in an industry that very rarely uses the term.
In the current issue of Interview, Wang and his mentor Diane Von Furstenburg gab about everything from how he rejected Furstenburg (read on) to his inspirations and future projections for the house of Wang.
