As a former Miami resident with a partial New York City upbringing, there were many times while living in the cosmopolitan city that I longed for a NYC style bagel. The doughiness, the indigestible deliciousness, and the oodles of cream cheese to spread over it. So to my Miami friends, if you share any of my former sentiments, this one is for you.
